Treatment Waiver

By booking a treatment you consent to receive it and confirm you have had the opportunity to ask questions about what it involves. You may ask your therapist to pause or stop a treatment at any time.

You confirm that the information given in your Health Questionnaire is true, complete and accurate, and you agree to tell your therapist about any change to your health, medication or pregnancy status before treatment begins.

Treatments at Elysium Grove are complementary and relaxation services. They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and nothing said during a treatment should be taken as a medical opinion.

Some treatments and services are provided by independent self-employed therapists and practitioners. Each is responsible for maintaining their own professional qualifications, registrations and insurance, and is solely responsible for the treatments, advice and professional services they personally provide.

Individual responses vary. Temporary reactions such as redness, tenderness, tiredness or lightheadedness are possible, and no specific result is guaranteed.

A therapist may decline, adapt or end a treatment where it would be unsafe or inappropriate. Behaviour that is disrespectful towards a therapist will end the treatment and may be charged in full.

Please keep valuables with you. Elysium Grove is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought onto the estate.

This waiver forms part of your booking agreement together with our Booking Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy.
