Booking Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms before booking a retreat stay, treatment or treatment package.
1. Making a booking
Booking requests are made through the website, by telephone, by email or via WhatsApp. A request is not confirmed until we have checked room and therapist availability and sent you a written confirmation.
Elysium Grove is a private women-only retreat and wellness centre.
2. Prices and deposits
All prices are in pounds sterling. Retreat accommodation is charged from £99 per person, per night and does not include food or treatments unless stated.
A deposit of 25% is payable to secure a confirmed retreat stay, with the balance due before or on arrival. We will send a secure payment link once your booking is confirmed.
3. Length of stay and occupancy
The maximum stay is four nights. Room occupancy limits apply to each room.
4. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date.
Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed by Elysium Grove.
Where possible, bookings may be transferred to another available date at Elysium Grove’s discretion.
Missed appointments and arrivals without notice are charged at the full booking value.
5. Treatments and health
You are responsible for telling your therapist about medical conditions, allergies, injuries, medication or pregnancy that may affect a treatment. A therapist may decline a treatment where it would be unsafe.
Elysium Grove is not a medical clinic and does not provide medical diagnoses, prescriptions or healthcare services.
6. Independent therapists
Many treatments are provided by independent, self-employed therapists who hold their own qualifications and professional insurance and are responsible for the services they personally provide.
7. Conduct and property
Guests agree to behave respectfully towards staff, therapists and other guests and to use the facilities and grounds responsibly. Deliberate damage may be charged.
8. Force majeure
We are not liable for cancellations caused by severe weather, utility failures, illness, government restrictions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
