Become an Elysium Grove Member

Elysium Grove is a private women-only retreat and wellness centre offering luxury retreats, holistic wellbeing experiences, wellness treatments, therapies, workshops and classes designed to promote relaxation, self-care and general wellbeing.

We are not a medical clinic and do not provide medical diagnoses, prescriptions or healthcare services.

Certain services available at Elysium Grove may be provided by independent therapists and practitioners. Elysium Grove provides the venue, booking platform and administrative support for these services but does not supervise or control the professional judgement or treatment decisions of independent practitioners.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.

Membership is entirely optional.

You do not need to become a member to book treatments, retreats or any other services at Elysium Grove.

Members receive exclusive pricing benefits in return for an annual membership fee.

Membership benefits

• 10% discount on eligible individual treatments.
• 10% discount on eligible treatment packages.
• Unlimited use of membership benefits during the membership period.
• Access to exclusive member promotions where available.

Membership does not guarantee appointment availability or priority booking.

Membership discounts cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or redeemed against previous bookings.

Membership is:

• £25 per year
• Valid for 12 months
• Personal and non-transferable
• Non-refundable except where required by law
• Expires automatically after 12 months unless the customer chooses to purchase another membership

Membership discounts are only available whilst membership is active and cannot be applied retrospectively.

The 10% membership discount applies only to eligible treatments and treatment packages.

The discount:

• cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly stated;
• cannot be transferred;
• cannot be exchanged for cash;
• cannot be applied retrospectively.

The membership discount does not apply to accommodation, retreat stays, overnight packages, thermography scans, ultrasound scans, medical imaging, consultations, diagnostic services, blood testing, specialist assessments, gift vouchers, retail products, food, beverages, third-party services or any other service identified as excluded.

Bookings are subject to therapist and room availability.

Membership does not guarantee appointment availability.

Standard booking and cancellation policies continue to apply.

Membership is payable in full upon joining.

Membership expires after twelve months.

Renewal is entirely optional.

Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Many services at Elysium Grove are provided by independent self-employed therapists and practitioners.

Each therapist:

• is self-employed;
• maintains their own professional qualifications;
• maintains their own Professional Indemnity Insurance;
• maintains their own Public Liability Insurance where applicable;
• is solely responsible for the professional advice and treatments they personally provide.

Elysium Grove provides the venue and booking platform but does not supervise or control the professional judgement of independent practitioners.

Members agree to behave respectfully towards staff, therapists and guests, follow all safety instructions, respect the privacy of others and use the facilities responsibly.

Deliberate damage to property may result in repair costs being charged.

Participation is voluntary.

Members are responsible for informing therapists of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, medications or pregnancy that may affect treatment.

Therapists may refuse treatment where it would be unsafe.

Members remain responsible for their own belongings.

Elysium Grove accepts no responsibility for loss or damage unless caused by our negligence.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Independent therapists remain solely responsible for the services they provide.

Elysium Grove shall not be liable for cancellations caused by severe weather, utility failures, illness, pandemics, government restrictions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Elysium Grove is a private women-only retreat.

Bookings and memberships remain subject to the Guest Terms & Conditions and all retreat policies.

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to our website, app or booking system.

Elysium Grove complies with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Personal information is used solely for administering memberships, bookings and legal obligations.

We never sell customer information.

All branding, logos, photographs, videos, written material and website content remain the property of Elysium Grove Ltd unless otherwise stated.

Elysium Grove reserves the right to refuse bookings, treatments or membership where reasonably necessary to protect guests, staff, practitioners or the peaceful environment of the retreat.

These Terms may be updated from time to time.

Updated Terms will apply to new memberships and future renewals.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

By purchasing an Elysium Grove Membership I confirm that I have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
