Founded by Francesca and John Kyriacou, Elysium Grove was born from a personal journey through breast cancer and a deep passion for holistic wellbeing. What began as a search for supportive, alternative approaches has grown into a women’s retreat and wellness space dedicated to relaxation, emotional support, preventative wellbeing awareness, and creating space to slow down, reset, and reconnect.

 

Elysium Grove offers a calm, nurturing environment where women are encouraged to step away from daily pressures, support their mental and emotional wellbeing, and focus on rest, reflection, and balance.

Set in the peaceful surroundings of Theobalds Park in Hertfordshire, our centre offers advanced infrared thermal imaging alongside a wide range of therapies, from massage and meditation to fitness and facials. Every service is designed to support your physical, emotional, and energetic well-being.
