Your Breast Care Package brings together private breast thermography, a gentle lymphatic wellness check and practical breast awareness guidance in one women-only appointment.
Breast thermography uses an infrared camera to record patterns of heat at the skin’s surface. The imaging is non-invasive, uses no ionising radiation and does not require breast compression.
Your appointment includes a full doctor-reviewed written report, with a TH1–TH5 thermographic classification. This classification communicates the thermographic findings and patterns identified in the images — it is not a breast cancer risk assessment or diagnosis.
Privacy throughout
Your scan, in complete privacy
All breast thermography appointments are conducted by our female lymphatic specialist. The Iris XP is fully automated and controlled from the adjoining room, allowing your thermal images to be captured while you have complete privacy in the scanning room.
After your images
A gentle lymphatic check
After your thermal images are complete, our lymphatic specialist will gently assess the breast, underarm and surrounding lymphatic areas for signs of swelling, fluid build-up or changes that may suggest the lymphatic system is not draining as effectively as it should. The breast and underarm contain important lymphatic pathways responsible for moving excess fluid from the tissues. If anything unusual is noticed, she can explain her observations and recommend seeking appropriate medical assessment where necessary. This supportive check does not diagnose lymphatic obstruction or breast disease.
Breast awareness guidance is also included. Our female specialist will talk you through how to become familiar with your own breasts, the areas to look and feel, including around the breast, up towards the collarbone and into the underarm, and the kinds of changes to be aware of. The aim is to help you feel more confident carrying out your own regular breast awareness checks at home.
Understanding your report
Understanding TH1–TH5
Your doctor-reviewed report uses the TH1–TH5 scale to describe the thermal patterns and variation seen in your images. Here is what each classification means.
T1 – Minimal thermal variation
The thermal pattern appears relatively even, with no significant areas of unusual heat difference identified.
Please remember
- TH1–TH5 describes the thermal patterns and variation seen on thermography. It is not a cancer diagnosis.
- A higher TH classification does not mean that a person has cancer.
- A lower TH classification, including TH1 or TH2, does not rule out cancer or other breast conditions.
- Thermography does not replace mammography, ultrasound, MRI, clinical breast examination or other appropriate diagnostic investigations.
- If you notice a breast symptom, a new change or anything concerning, please seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional and follow any recommended diagnostic investigation.

Francesca’s Journey
In 2018, Elysium Grove’s Director and Co-Founder, Francesca Kyriacou, was diagnosed with breast cancer. Her experience inspired a deeper interest in understanding and monitoring breast health.
Thermography became one of the tools Francesca chose to use alongside her medical care. Her personal experience is why breast health at Elysium Grove is approached with understanding, compassion and space for women to ask questions.

Thermography offers a gentle, non-invasive way to observe and record thermal patterns in the breasts over time. It can be used as an additional breast health tool alongside your usual medical care and recommended screening. Thermography does not diagnose or rule out breast cancer, so any new breast changes or concerns should always be discussed with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
